Hubbard & Hubbard, Inc. offers a fully loaded LMS as part of our online learning solutions. Many of our clients have successfully pivoted their in person sessions to e-Learning via this option. What you may not know is what an LMS is, how exactly it works, how to use it and what it costs. To help clear things up, we've compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions below:

What is a cloud-based LMS?

Cloud-based just means that this Learning Management System is an online service similar to Netflix or Microsoft Office 360. Users just need the Internet to access the training using a computer, tablet, or other mobile device.

Can I rebrand the LMS?

Yes, you can upload your company's logo.

Can I edit the courses included with the LMS?

No, to edit the courses you would need to purchase the source files separately. Once you have the source files, you can customize and rebrand the course content using Articulate Storyline. Much in the same way that you would use Microsoft PowerPoint to edit slides.

I already have workshop training materials, do I need to pay for the LMS?

Economy Package

Yes, the LMS is an additional service that we offer. We offer packages starting as little as just $195 per month (billed annually) which includes up to 100 users.


What if I have more than 100 users?

Professional Business Package

The cost for each additional user over your initial 100 is $6 per month.

What if I have more than 500 users?

We offer price breaks at 500 Users ($995 a month with additional users at $4 per month)

What if I have more than 1000 users?

Premier Business Package

The Premier Business package covers 1000 Users ($1495 with additional users at $3 per month)

How might I use the workshop materials in combination with the LMS?

We often recommend a Blended Learning Solution that combines instructor-led training with self-paced online learning. Recently, we've noticed many of our clients using e-Learning our courses with webinars for virtual online training...

Is there testing built into the online learning courses?

Yes, there are review questions after each module, and a final test at the end of each course. And students that attain a passing grade are issued a Certificate of Completion.

Can I resell the LMS?

No

Can I setup a website to sell individual courses online?

Yes, our LMS has been designed to integrate with Shopify ecommerce websites so that as an order is placed, the learner is automatically setup in your LMS and provided login details.

"What is the commitment?"

Our LMS packages are sold as 1 year commitments. Billing occurs annually, however, under special circumstances, we can arrange monthly billing especially for larger packages as needed.

Our Online Professional Development e-Learning Service allows you to choose from over 120+ course titles from a wide variety of Skill Libraries. Employees can learn at a time that is convenient for the organization and on their own schedule.
